Overview
Zentar Group is a UK provider of home care, health and social care, healthcare recruitment and education and SEND staffing. We built its group website: a gateway to dedicated Health, Homecare and Education sections, recruitment services, a vacancies list that reads from its recruitment system, and a CV application form that sends applications through to it.

What we built for Zentar Group
The challenge
- Private families, NHS and care providers, and schools each needed their own journey from one front door.
- Candidates needed a clear way to browse roles, refer a friend and apply with a CV.
- Compliance, governance and safeguarding information had to be easy for commissioners to find.
- The site had to carry over forty pages across several service areas without feeling like one long brochure.
What we built
- A group home page that sends visitors to Health and Social Care, Homecare or Education, each with its own navigation and contact page.
- Recruitment pages for temporary and permanent staffing, plus community care, supported living and education pages.
- A vacancies page that reads current roles from Zentar's recruitment system, Vincere, and an application form that takes a CV upload and sends the application back into Vincere.
- Notification emails through Resend to the compliance mailbox for the right division, with spam protection on every form: a CAPTCHA check, a hidden honeypot field and rate limiting.
- Governance, safeguarding, policies and compliance pages, with privacy and cookie preferences kept in step with the main site.

Launched on the client's own domain with 43 pages in its sitemap across health, homecare, education, recruitment and compliance.

Each audience has its own entry point while the group brand stays consistent.
