Who we are

Streamweaver is the controller of personal data collected through this website. We are a studio based in the United Kingdom.

What we collect

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name
• your email address
• your company name, if you give it
• what you need, and your message

We use this only to reply to you and to keep a reasonable record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries.

Booking a call

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and is not loaded automatically. Selecting Show available times connects your browser to Calendly and loads the calendar on this page. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies; its booking page provides controls for managing cookie preferences. If you book, Calendly collects the details you enter, such as your name, email address, chosen time and any notes, and passes them to us so we can hold the call. We use booking details to arrange and hold the call. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run the site:

• Resend, which delivers the contact form message to us by email and acts as our email processor
• Calendly, which handles call bookings
• Vercel, which hosts the website
• Google, which provides Google Analytics, but only if you accept analytics cookies (see below)

We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

Analytics: Google Analytics 4 is not loaded unless you choose Accept analytics. If accepted, it measures page views and site usage. We do not include names, email addresses, messages or other form contents in analytics events. If you reject or do not choose, the Google tag is not loaded. We store your choice in browser storage so we can remember it. You can change or withdraw your analytics choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. The Google Analytics data retention period is set in the Analytics property.

Calendly: the embedded calendar is not loaded until you select Show available times. This connects your browser to Calendly, which may use cookies or similar technologies. Calendly provides cookie preference controls in its booking page. This action is separate from analytics consent.

How long we keep it

We keep your details for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the retention setting in the Google Analytics property.

International transfers

Some of our providers, such as Google, Calendly and Vercel, process data outside the UK. Where they do, they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or approved transfer arrangements.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your personal data
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your data
• restrict or object to how we use it
• withdraw your consent at any time

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) on 0303 123 1113 or at ico.org.uk.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
